1. Booking & Practical Information
The Booking Service is available every day from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm, Paris time.
Deposit: to enable us to definitively register your reservation, we kindly ask you to send us, as a deposit, 30% of the total amount of the chosen package, by authorised debit from your bank card.
All bookings must be guaranteed by a credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram.
Cancellation of reservation by the customer :
If you are unable to honour your booking on the date scheduled, please notify the Reservations Department in writing. Only a written cancellation - by post or e-mail to leverdon@chainethermale.fr - will be taken into account. Refunds and deferrals of deposits are subject to the following deadlines:
For cancellations made more than 7 days before your arrival date: we will refund your deposit in full.
For cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before your arrival date: we give you the opportunity to carry over the deposit paid to a new period of stay, until 31 December of the current year.
However, in the event of a definitive cancellation and in accordance with the provisions of article 1590 of the French Civil Code, "any guarantee deposit paid remains definitively acquired".
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before your arrival date: the deposit paid remains definitively forfeited.
In the event of no-show at the hotel on the day of your reservation, the full number of nights previously booked will be due and invoiced.
If you have booked your stay via another online booking site and you wish to cancel it, you must do so on the same site.
Credit cards: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express.
Arrivals and Departures:
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 14:00.
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 12:00 sharp.
Any extras and supplements not included in the rates, such as local tourist tax, cellar, bar, telephone, laundry, beauty treatments, massages and modelling, etc., must be paid on site, in addition, on the day of departure.
When booking a package including accommodation, catering and/or a treatment programme, any services not used (nights, meals or treatments) will not be deducted from the balance of the initial invoice, nor refunded.
Rates Net prices inclusive of VAT (excluding statutory tourist taxes), subject to price changes due to new taxes and possible changes in opening dates and seasons.
Thermal Spa treatments :
Please contact us as soon as possible to book your individual treatments and relaxation packages. Without prior booking, we cannot guarantee availability of treatments, particularly at weekends and during bank holidays.
Cancellation policy: all treatments booked will be billed in full, unless cancelled or modified 48 hours before the treatment date.
Some of our treatments are not suitable for pregnant women. Thank you for kindly informing us, even if you are expecting a baby.
Our Thermal Spa is not accessible to children and teenagers under the age of 16.
Buffet breakfast costs €13 per person.
It can be served in your room for a supplement of €12 per room.
Babies and children:
An extra bed for a child aged 3 to 10 can be installed in our Chambres Confort Sud for €35 per day. Children's breakfast is €5, and meals (up to 12 years) are €11.
Pets: Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome in your room (extra charge of €9/night). If you plan to bring your own pet, please let us know.
3. Miscellaneous
In accordance with the law applicable in France since 1 January 2008, and for the comfort of our customers, all our lounges, restaurants, rooms and suites are non-smoking.
A safe is available in your "Confort" room, as well as at reception. Don't forget to leave your valuables in it. Management accepts no responsibility for the theft or loss of personal belongings anywhere on our estate.
Our company accepts no responsibility for any damage whatsoever to your vehicle parked in one of the car parks.
